After using our services for your event, it is always nice to share the photos of the experience with everyone who attended. Montreal Event Planners recognizes this and now provides online photo gallery service for hosting your event photos online.
Soon after your event, you’ll be given a link to the photos on our website. The images taken by our on-site photographer will be saved in high-resolution format; should any of the guests request the images, the high resolution will let them make high quality prints of their own. Organizers will be provided with the images upon completion of photo development and the online gallery will be available to all guests, preserving the memories of the event.

Off island destinations have be come increasingly popular for our corporate getaway and team building packages. Many of our clients prefer to get away from the hustle and bustle of city locations, preferring instead to have their getaway at various resorts where we organize leadership seminars with trained professional, provide catering, and help facilitate any requirements they may have such as conference room set-up for a business meeting.
Our clients love the combination of building better team efficiency with a natural setting to provide activities such as rafting, hiking, and wilderness escapes. If you’re looking for something all attendees can enjoy, a getaway to one of these destinations is sure to satisfy anyone.

Our Event planning services include many activity options if you’re looking for ways to unwind. The activities page displays only some of the available activities; it has become an attractive feature for companies both locally based and from out of town looking to entertain clients or strengthen coworker relationships. Jet-boating and paintball can create a memorable experience of your time in Montreal, while golf with an important client or a walk through Old Montreal with a stop a fine restaurant can help seal a business deal. Our activities mainly function as add-ons to your corporate event, providing entertainment outside of your conference for all attendees to enjoy.

Since our site re-launch, interest in our Montreal event services has increased dramatically. We’ve had the privilege of taking on many new clients for events both large and small and received positive feedback for several of our newest services. There has also been an influx of American companies planning to hold events with us in Montreal; to help give foreign visitors more detailed information about what Montreal has to offer we expanded several pages in our Montreal Information section.
Among the changes is a new activities page. It showcases some of the activities we can offer large groups who want a little something extra to do, or may want to make the activity an event on its own. Executives coming to Montreal can have their hotel, restaurant, and golf course reservations, all taken care of by us before they arrive. We can provide transportation both to and from the activity, along with extras such as champagne and cigars.
There’s now more information on Montreal Restaurants. The city is known for its many great restaurants and its local delicacies are gaining notoriety. We divided the page into Gourmet foods (appropriate for an event) and local foods (for those who want to try something more distinctive). Montreal events and attractions have also been edited to give visitors a better idea of what there is to see in Montreal while they’re in town.
We hope to hear more comments and suggestions from you regarding our services, whether you’re looking to book or are just curious about what we have to offer.

Further development of our Montreal event planners website has continued progressively since its creation, however our latest updates have been the most significant; added information about our services and a new refreshing look are the most obvious, additional upgrades to the booking process have also been made in response to customer feedback. We’ve expanded the information on many of our packages to go further into the details of some of the unique services offered by our company. New descriptions of the city are also more in-depth to help give visitors a better understanding of what benefits there are in planning a corporate event in Montreal.
The diverse array of activities can suit any groups tastes, though golf is often cited as one of the best the city has to offer, it being a big part of city’s past; Montreal is home to the oldest golf course in North America, an interesting fact that appeals to many CEO’s who choose one of Montréal’s excellent golf courses to entertain clients.
The city plays host to many festivals over the year, most of which are world-class events like the Montreal Jazz Festival, the largest such festival in the world. Many companies have dealings with Montreal specifically through these events which draw massive crowds from around the world, giving it a strong international presence.
For people who are more interested in just the environment offered by the city. We’ve expanded the information dealing with Montreal’s many attractions; Old Montreal is always of particular interest to company’s looking to impress, it’s one of the oldest urban environments in North America and is as close to a European setting as you can get without leaving the continent. Of course, it’s not just about the old buildings; it’s what’s inside them that matters and there are many incredible restaurants located in this part of Montreal, especially the Old Port. With advanced notice, we can even arrange for your event to be held in one of the classy halls located in this historic district.
So call ahead if you’re looking for the right place to hold your corporate event, and take the time to explore everything this city has to offer.
